This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and secured by PMG Insurance Services Inc., dba Guidepost Insurance Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") when you ("you," "your," or "user") access or use our website(s) (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us as a commercial insurance agency. This Policy is intended to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the California Insurance Information and Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Ins. Code § 791 et seq.), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and California's Financial Information Privacy Act, and other applicable California and federal privacy laws.

Passive Collection. When you use the Site, we automatically collect certain information, including IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and the date/time of visits.
Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use persistent and session cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and, where applicable, support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required under the CPRA.
From Third Parties. Because we handle nonpublic personal financial information in connection with insurance products, we are also subject to the GLBA and, where applicable, California's Financial Information Privacy Act (SB 1). We do not disclose nonpublic personal financial information about our current or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law (e.g., to service your policy, process claims, or comply with legal obligations). We do not sell your nonpublic personal financial information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including servicing your policy, handling claims, and complying with insurance recordkeeping and statute-of-limitations requirements under California law. Retention periods vary depending on the type of policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier portals or payment processors. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
